Pilkington Mirai™ has 52% less total embodied carbon when compared to standard float glass produced by Pilkington UK. The glass offers the lowest carbon alternative to regular float glass on the market, with no difference in performance, quality, or aesthetic appearance.

Pilkington Mirropane™ is an on-line coated glass developed for use as a one-way mirror where clear vision is required and specific lighting conditions can be achieved.

The glass manufacturer will also look to supply products from its Pilkington Mirai™ Range, a variety of lower embodied carbon glass products that offer like-for-like quality, performance, and aesthetics when compared to standard float glass.

Last year, the glass manufacturer also launched architectural glass Pilkington Mirai™, which features 52% less embodied carbon – certified as the lowest carbon glass product of its kind.
