UK Graduate Recruitment

UK Graduate Recruitment

Founded in 1918, NSG acquired the leading UK-based glass manufacturer Pilkington plc in June 2006. Today, the Company has combined revenue of just over JPY 601 billion, employing some 26,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries. .

As one of the world's leading manufacturers and processors of flat glass, Pilkington offers a wide range of challenging opportunities for those seeking a career in an international manufacturing organisation.

Graduates are the basis for the development of Pilkington's future management and leadership team and we need, therefore, to be sure that those who join the Group have the right qualities and qualifications.

Pilkington operations in the UK are significant because of the company's UK origins and because the head office and major R&D and engineering activities are based in the UK.

Those joining the Group after graduating in the UK, will receive their early career experience and development in the UK.  However, there will be opportunities to work with colleagues from around the world and to visit operations outside the UK on short-term projects and assignments. As your career develops, and depending upon role and ability, there will be opportunity for longer-term assignments based around a permanent position.

Furthermore, because you will be investing your future with us, we want you to feel that what Pilkington has to offer matches your aspirations, skills and abilities. You need to be satisfied you are making the right decision and that Pilkington is right for you.  For these reasons our recruitment and selection process is rigorous.

If you believe you have the skills and abilities we need and there is a match between our profile and your aspirations, we very much want to hear from you!
