Does inwardly sloping glazing need to be safety glass?

Where sloping glazing is used with glazing less than 2.1 m above floor level and it also slopes inwards at the top, there is a risk of inadvertent impact on the glazing from the head of persons using that area of the floor. In such locations, for those areas which are wholly or partially between a height of 800 mm and 2.1 m above floor level, safety glazing in accordance with BS 6262-4 should be considered.
