The role of safety glass is to protect the resident from the resulting fragments of glass and applies to glazing that reduces the risk of an accident by impact or fracture. The two most common types of safety glass are toughened glass and laminated glass.

From 15 to 17 November, Pilkington Italia will exhibit at MADE EXPO 2023, the trade fair in Milan (Fiera Milano Rho), Italy, dedicated to construction and building envelope. The company will present its products at stand no L19 in Hall 3P.

The 500,000 square foot facility will be located in Troy Township, Ohio nearby First Solar’s Lake Township, Ohio site. The area is commonly known as the Eastwood Commerce Center South. The site selection is pending approval of state and local incentive packages.
