Pilkington OptAR™ and Pilkington OptAR™ Plus are a monolithic anti-reflective glass products. Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear is our high quality clear float glass with an unrivalled environmental pedigree.

Float glass is made into mirrors in a process which deposits a thin film of high purity silver on one surface of the glass. A further thin film is then deposited to protect the silver from oxidation. Finally, a ceramic paint is applied. This is the process by which Pilkington Optimirror™ Plus is made.

Pilkington OptiView™ Protect OW is an on-line coated, laminated, extra clear, anti-reflective glass based on a Pilkington Optiwhite™ low-iron substrate. Its anti-reflective pyrolytic coating offers high durability and the surface treatment requires little attention in both processing and maintenance of the glass once installed.
