Glass characteristics are not easily apparent, therefore prior to a purchase it is strongly recommended to make sure that you buy glass from the NSG Group's regular customer or directly from the company belonging to NSG Group. You may also ask for a certificate of origin that should be obligatory delivered by the producer to the customer.

NSG Group always strives to deliver Pilkington glass according to customer's preference, therefore you should always put the required date and preffered time of delivery in your order. 

According to your preferences, we are able to deliver glass packed in timber boxes (so-called "end-caps") and placed in cars with or without a lift or alternatively, we can also deliver glass in bulk on metal racks via professional transport. Prior to placing an order, please contact our representative who will choose the most suitable way.

Warranty is granted depending on the glass type and the level of processing. It is different for clear glass and for highly processed glass. In general, glass should always be stored in dry and airy space. Under no circumstances, must it be stored outside warehouse or production site.
