NSG Group expert will join other leading experts at the 'Glass Trends' session at this year's Glasstec conference, which will focus on the circular economy, digital technologies, and decarbonisation. The event will feature a first-class, cross-industry lecture programme that will bring theory and practice together in a concentrated form.

The Glass Trends session will focus on the latest developments and trends in glass production, processing and finishing, as well as glass products and applications.

On Wednesday, 21 October at 14:10 in Hall 10 Stand A10 – Stage 1 Glass Trends Live, our expert Rory Back, R&D Incubator Technical Manager, will talk on Innovation in Glass Technology & Operations at NSG Group.

The presentation will explore how the NSG Group is innovating in glass technology and operations by utilising advances in digitalisation, addressing the challenges of decarbonisation, and enabling a circular glass economy. This includes machine-learning aided research, novel glass recycling methods, and investments in manufacturing capability.

The Glasstec conference will be held from 20 to 23 October.
