Quality Week 2026: Thinking Differently About Quality

Date: 06 July 2026

This year’s Quality Week brought colleagues across the world together to explore what quality means today, and how each of us can help shape a stronger future.

Throughout the week, teams took part in activities designed to challenge perspectives, encourage new ideas and reinforce an important message: quality is not just about meeting expectations; it is about creating value, finding better ways of working and making a positive difference for our customers and communities.

At NSG Group, quality is everyone’s responsibility. It is built into the way we work, the decisions we make and the way we support each other. By bringing together different experiences, skills and ideas, we can achieve more – because we achieve as One Team.

Evolving Our Approach to Quality

The week began with a focus on how our approach to quality must continue to evolve in response to a changing world.

Today, quality is about much more than processes and standards. It is about using data and digital technologies effectively, understanding the root causes of challenges and finding innovative solutions that create lasting value.

By embracing new ways of working and continuously improving how we operate, we strengthen customer trust, support business growth and build a more agile and resilient organisation.

Seeing Quality Through a Different Lens

Quality Week encouraged colleagues to look beyond traditional measures and consider the wider impact of the work we do.

Quality is not only reflected in the products we create; it is also found in the collaboration between teams, the ideas we share and the care we bring to every part of our work.

True quality means understanding our customers’ evolving needs, anticipating future challenges and continuously looking for opportunities to improve. It comes from people across our business working together, sharing knowledge and challenging each other to think differently.

Becoming Quality Change-Makers

Throughout the week, colleagues explored how quality connects with the wider priorities shaping our future — including innovation, digital transformation, sustainability and growth.

Creating a culture of quality requires curiosity, confidence and the willingness to challenge what has always been done. It means moving:

  • From fixing problems to creating possibilities
  • From repeating routines to challenging and improving them
  • From seeing change as a challenge to embracing innovation and technology
  • From simply following processes to taking pride and ownership in our work

These actions are driven by our people and by the strength we gain when we work together as one global team.

Quality Beyond Quality Week

While Quality Week 2026 has come to an end, our commitment to quality continues every day.

The biggest message from this year’s theme, “Thinking Differently”, is that everyone has a role to play. Every improvement we make, every conversation we have and every idea we share helps us deliver greater value for our customers and build a stronger future together.

By combining our diverse perspectives, expertise and passion, we continue to create a culture where quality can thrive.

Together, we achieve more because we achieve as one team.
