Because as well as enabling NSG Group to respond to the growing demand for glass and insulating glass units at home and abroad, the expansion – marking the Company’s seventh branch in Sandomierz, - has created new jobs in the area – boosting employment and helping the local economy.

NSG Group announced today the float furnace to produce TCO (transparent conductive oxide) coated glass for solar panels in Luckey, Ohio has started operation. Due to the pandemic, the inaugural furnace lighting ceremony was held virtually and streamed live over the company social media platforms.

Insulating glass leader, Pilkington IGP is expanding its plant in Ostrołęka. The investment will not only increase the company's production capacity but will also provide nearly 100 new jobs.

Last year on the 24th of December Pilkington Netherlands received fantastic news that they achieved as first insulating glass units (IGU) manufacturer in the world and the first one within NSG Group the “Cradle to Cradle Silver” certification for almost all possible IGU combinations.
