The NSG Group to Exhibit at Glasstec 2026 in Dusseldorf

Date: 14 July 2026

The NSG Group, which manufactures glass under the Pilkington brand, will showcase its latest innovations at Glasstec 2026, the world’s leading glass industry trade fair, in Dusseldorf from 20-23 October 2026.

The theme, this year on the NSG Group stand, will be ‘200 Years of Tradition and Innovation: Celebrating The Pilkington Brand’. We will continue to highlight our other sustainability initiatives such as renew:glass under our makechange™ platform, helping us to communicate our passion & commitment for positive change.

Visitors to stand K15 in Hall 10, will be able to explore the newly introduced high-performance products and innovative solutions that help address a wide range of architectural requirements, regardless of complexity or budget constraints.

Key Exhibits and Innovations

Pilkington Mirai Øne™ is the latest addition to our low carbon Pilkington Mirai™ range and will feature together with Pilkington Mirai™.  Pilkington Mirai Øne™ is a more pragmatic, lower carbon alternative to regular float glass offering over 35% less embodied carbon compared to our standard float glass. Easily accessible, it helps supports today’s sustainability ambitions and helps lay the foundation for tomorrow with no difference in performance, quality or aesthetics.

The NSG Group will also unveil further developments within its HomeComfort range, offering visitors the opportunity to experience how glass can actively contribute to indoor comfort. In the dedicated HomeComfort meeting room, visitors can see HeatComfort, LuxComfort, DynamicComfort and SilenceComfort solutions in action, demonstrating how different aspects of comfort can be enhanced through advanced glazing technologies. A key feature of the stand will be an Infrared Glass Radiator – the HeatComfort solution powered by NSG TEC™. Part of the wider HeatComfort range the technology utilises NSG Group’s electrically conductive coatings to redefine the concept of comfort.

Visitors will also be able to discover Pilkington AviSafe™, a bird-safe glass solution designed to help reduce birds colliding with the windows and façades of buildings. Featuring a UV enhanced pattern that is significantly more visible to birds than humans, Pilkington AviSafe™ combines/delivers bird friendly performance whilst ensuring maximum transparency, enabling architects to support biodiversity without compromising aesthetics.

We will also be showcasing two decorative glass collections. ‘Inspired by Nature’ brings together a stunning range of architectural glass inspired by the colours and tones of natural landscapes, while Texture by Pilkington offers a comprehensive range of rolled patterned glass, giving architects and designers greater freedom to balance aesthetics, privacy and light transmission.

Visitors to the stand will be able to explore the well-established Pilkington Suncool™ range, in combination with the latest Pilkington Mirai Øne™ lower carbon glass. Demonstrating how high-performance glazing continues to evolve, the display will also feature Pilkington Suncool™ powered by Pilkington DataBoost™. This latest development has been designed to address the challenge of weakened wireless telecommunication signals helping to support reliable indoor connectivity across a wide range of building types without compromising glazing performance.

The NSG Group will also highlight the latest addition to our solar control glass range, Pilkington Reflite™ Vista. Combining a bold reflective aesthetic paired with a uniquely balanced viewing experience from the interior, the product has been developed to meet the growing architectural demand. Featuring a durable reflective coating applied to surface #1, Pilkington Reflite™ Vista creates a uniform mirror-like appearance from the exterior while delivering a noticeably more comfortable and controlled view from within.

A further highlight will be Pilkington OptiView™ Ultra Protect, an extra clear laminated glass with anti-reflective coatings on surfaces #1 and #4, presented in comparison alongside a standard laminated glass Pilkington Optilam™ Clear. The product delivers outstanding transparency with a total visible light reflection reduced to just 1% and enables the best possible viewing properties.

Finally, the stand will feature a full height wall of Pilkington Pyrostop® Line fire protection glass. Available in resistance classes from EI 30 to EI 120 the system enables the creation of long panoramic walls with only a thin vertical silicone joint between the panes, and no need for vertical profiles. The result is a highly transparent fire-protection solution that combines safety performance with architectural freedom.

Together, these displays showcase the breadth of innovation across the NSG Group. Visitors can discover even more by accessing our on-line Global Product Directory, providing an easy way to explore the full range of products, technologies and solutions available worldwide.
