NSG Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of architectural glass, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with NovaSklo Trade, a project of the Ukrainian investment and industrial holding EFI Group, to supply Pilkington architectural glass products in Ukraine. The agreement was formalized during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk.

Under the agreement, NovaSklo Trade becomes the sole official distributor of Pilkington architectural glass products in Ukraine, reinforcing NSG Group’s commitment to supporting the country’s reconstruction and long-term development of its construction sector.

As part of the collaboration, NovaSklo Trade will hold exclusive rights to supply and promote the full portfolio of Pilkington architectural glass solutions, including flagship products such as Pilkington Optiwhite™ extra-clear glass, Pilkington Suncool™ high-performance solar control glass, and Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear float glass.

These solutions are widely used in façade and panoramic glazing, premium insulated glass units, and modern architectural and structural applications, offering high performance in terms of transparency, energy efficiency, and design flexibility.

The distribution model ensures direct access to NSG Group as manufacturer, eliminating additional intermediaries and enabling competitive pricing, streamlined logistics, and reliable delivery timelines.

This joint initiative underscores NSG Group’s long-term commitment to Ukraine and is expected to support the adoption of modern standards in architectural glass, strengthening the resilience and capabilities of the country’s construction industry.
