Laitilan tehtaalle NSG Groupin turvallisuuspalkinto

Globaaliin NSG Groupiin kuuluvalle Pilkington Automotive Finland Oy:n ajoneuvolaseja valmistavalle Laitilan tehtaalle myönnettiin helmikuussa koko konserninlaajuisen turvallisuuskilpailun ensimmäinen palkinto. Palkinnon voittanut turvallisuustoimenpiteitä yhdenmukaistava ohje, Standard Operating Procedure, laadittiin Laitilassa kokeneiden tehtaan työntekijöiden osaamista ja arkisia turvallisuushuomioita vahvasti hyödyntäen. Yksi merkittävimmistä palkitsemisperusteista on ohjeen työntekijälähtöisyys sekä sovellettavuus kaikenlaisissa työtehtävissä koko yhtiön laajuudella kaikkialla maailmassa. Palkinto on osoitus suomalaisen työturvallisuuskulttuurin kansainvälisestä arvostuksesta.
