Pilkington OptiView™ Ultra
Pilkington OptiView™ Ultra consists of a sputtered off-line coated anti-reflective (AR) product based on a Pilkington Optiwhite™ low-iron substrate.
Pilkington OptiView™ Ultra is a monolithic glass with an anti-reflective coating on one surface, which helps to reduce reflectance and allows more light to pass through, when compared to standard clear float glass with 8% light reflectance as standard.
Features & Benefits
- Low reflection of approx. 1 % as a monolithic pane (for comparison: conventional monolithic glass has an external reflection of 8 %).
- High color neutrality.
- Outstanding safety properties (can be tempered or laminated).
- Durable, weather-resistant anti-reflective coating and therefore easy to handle.
- Wide range of applications, e.g. for shop windows, showcases, zoo glazing, VIP lounges, sports stadiums.
- Can be combined with other Pilkington glass products, e.g. noise control or thermal insulation glass.
- Available in thicknesses of 3 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm and up to a dimension of 3,210 mm x 6,000 mm. Other dimensions on request.
