Across the year, we run multiple Product Knowledge Training Courses; the introductory Product Knowledge Course 1 (PK1), the more advanced Product Knowledge Course 2 (PK2), and also the Fractography course (FRAC) focussing on glass breakage.

Product Knowledge Course 1

Designed for non-technical personnel as an introductory course for those new to a technical position. Provides the ability to match Pilkington products to the needs of their customers.

Product Knowledge 2

Designed for personnel who require greater confidence when discussing technical enquiries with architects and specifiers.

Designed for personnel in the glass industry who carry out site visits. Participants will gain an appreciation of what to look for when investigating glass fractures and help in determining likely causes of breakage.
