NSG Group recognises the need to ensure that information on the pilkington.com website can be accessed by users with disabilities.

Navigating this website

To navigate through the website, you should use the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. If you are using a screen readers, you can use the access key: ….. which will take you to the main menu. From there you can use the …… tab key to navigate through the links.

The design of our website includes a number of accessibility features which will allow users to:


Change text size to their preference through the browser. How to do this using:

Internet Explorer: select View, then Text Size and then your Preferred Size
Netscape: select View, then Text Zoom, and then your Preferred Percentage Size

Navigate by Voice browser


Import their own stylesheet into the website.

How to do this using:

Internet Explorer: select Tools, then Internet Options, and then Accessibility. Then click on any or all of three checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes. In the same window you can change the style sheet by clicking the checkbox that says: 'format document using my style sheet'. Then simply browse your preferred style sheet and click ok.
Netscape: select Edit, then Preferences and then Appearance, You will then be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.

Although we continue to test and modify our website for accessibility, there may be some legacy pages and pages developed by third-parties that are not fully compliant with our standards.
