The NSG Group, renowned for manufacturing glass under the Pilkington brand, will showcase its latest innovations at Glasstec 2024, the world’s leading glass industry trade fair, in Dusseldorf from 22-25 October 2024.

The NSG Group has been recognised as a leader on climate change action by not-for-profit charity CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project).

Pilkington Mirai™ architectural glass manufactured by the NSG Group, has been independently verified as having 52% less embodied carbon, certifying it as the lowest carbon glass of its kind.

Pilkington UK Architectural team recently completed a greenhouse cullet recovery project at the Watson Street site, showcasing a bright future for more sustainable glass production through recycling opportunities in the horticultural sector.

A new mural has been unveiled at Saski Park in Sandomierz, Poland. Its colours and graphics allude to ecology, but aesthetics is not its greatest asset. The mural was painted with photocatalytic paints, that neutralize harmful components of exhaust fumes and smog. This initiative is the result of cooperation between NSG Group, the City Hall and the Municipal and Housing Enterprise in Sandomierz.
