Stoke on Trent City Council have created a new landmark for the city in the form of a new headquarters building, which will also incorporate public spaces.

The Egyptian Museum in Turin, second in the world only to Cairo for the historical and artistic value of its content, has chosen Pilkington OptiView™ Protect OW to safeguard its ancient Egyptian artefacts.

The design concept at the heart of the new Stonehenge visitor centre which opened at the end of last year, was a building that would blend unobtrusively into the wide-open Wiltshire landscape by evoking a copse of trees.

The exhibition of Bernardino Luini works of art – one of the leading artists of the Italian Renaissance – was ceremonially opened in April at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, where various Renaissance art will be displayed until mid-July.
