Laminated Safety Glass
Where laminated glass is required Pilkington Planar™ has a choice of options available to meet the specification requirements including Pilkington Planar™ Integral and Planar™ | SentryGlas® System.

All Pilkington
Planar™ applications for overhead glazing will only be supplied in a system incorporating laminated glass. Pilkington
Planar™ laminated glass is composed of two panes of glass bonded together by an interlayer:
- usually has one pane of 10, 12, 15 or 19 mm toughened and heat soaked glass (THS),
- coloured and accoustic grade interlayers can be used to acheive the required aesthetic and noise control properties of the glass,
- laminated glass can incorporate most of the glasses from the Pilkington range, including screen-printed glass, to meet the most demanding of performance requirements.
Pilkington Planar™ incorporating Pilkington Laminated Safety Glass has been thoroughly tested for wind load, seismic movements and impact resistance.
