The use of Pilkington OptiView™ Protect OW allows to obtain the maximum result in terms of color rendering and light transmission. Pilkington OptiView™ Protect OW is available in thicknesses from 8.4 mm to 22.6 mm for personal safety and protection from vandalism and burglary according to EN 12600 up to 1(B)1 and EN 356 up to P7B.

Easily fabricated. Bendable. Laminated version offers safety and security. Large stock sizes up to 6000 × 3210 mm depending on product type and thickness. Applications. Pilkington OptiView™ Ultra Protect meets the requirements of EN1096-2, Class A. Digital signage and displays. Touch panel displays. Aircraft transparencies. Flat-panel LCD monitors.

Pilkington OptiView™ Protect offers all the traditional benefits of laminated glass, such as improved safety, enhanced security, durability and acoustic properties. Furthermore, it provides protection from UV radiation (UVA and UVB) by blocking over 99% of UV transmittance, helping to reduce fading of the contents and interiors of a building.
