RECEIPT OF EUROPEAN COMMISSION STATEMENT OF OBJECTIONS
14 March 2007Pilkington confirms that it has received a Statement of Objections from the European Commission.
This relates to alleged violations of competition rules by a number of glass manufacturers in the European building products glass sector, including Pilkington.
Pilkington will study the Statement of Objections in detail and will prepare its response. Pending further steps in the proceedings and until a final decision by the European Commission, Pilkington will refrain from further comment.
