Senior Management Appointments
23 April 2008Stuart Chambers is appointed President and CEO of the NSG Group, with Yozo Izuhara becoming Chairman of the Board and Katsuji Fujimoto Chairman of the NSG Group, in changes in the senior management of the Group announced on 23 April.

As Chairman of the Board, Yozo Izuhara will take particular responsibility for corporate governance. Tomoaki Abe is appointed Deputy Chairman.
Katsuji Fujimoto, as Chairman of NSG Group, will be responsible for ensuring that the Group is run in accordance with the Company's Values and Principles and that the Group maintains a long-term perspective. He will also provide support to the Executive in communicating with the financial community, shareholders, governments and other external organisations of importance to the Group.
Stuart Chambers is appointed President and CEO of the NSG Group with operational responsibility for the profitable operations of all businesses within the Group. Stuart will chair an Executive Committee, which will oversee the day to day management of all parts of the business.
Yozo Izuhara said. "The appointment of Stuart Chambers as President and CEO is an important step in the continuing evolution of the NSG Group as a global international organization and will further develop the process of integration and simplify the management structure.
The changes will take effect on 27th June 2008, following the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
