Changes for BP Finance
20 March 2008Ben Kay has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for the Building Products Business Line worldwide. He will succeed Mike Powell, who previously carried out this role in addition to his other responsibilities.
Ben will be responsible for financial management decision support to Mark Lyons, President Building Products Worldwide and will be a member of the Building Products Management Board.
In succession to Ben, Mike Maier, currently Finance Director UK, has been appointed Finance Director Europe, for the NSG Group. In this role, Mike will be responsible for the financial service provision, control environment and people development across Europe.
