Changes for BP Finance
10 March 2008Ben Kay has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer for the Building Products Business Line worldwide. He will succeed Mike Powell, who previously carried out this role in addition to his other responsibilities.
Ben will be responsible for financial management decision support to Mark Lyons, President Building Products Worldwide and will sit as a member of the Building Products Management Board.
Reporting to Ben are:
Greg Andrews, Global Controller, Building Products
Russell Cooke, Financial Director, Business Growth Float
Robert Ward, Building Products, Projects
In succession to Ben, Mike Maier, currently Finance Director UK, has been appointed Finance Director Europe, for the NSG Group. In this role, Mike will be responsible for the financial service provision, control environment and people development across Europe.
Both Ben and Mike will report directly to Mike Powell and will continue to be based in St. Helens.
