Automotive

The Automotive business of the NSG Group operates under the Pilkington name and is one of the world’s largest suppliers of automotive glazing products. It serves the Original Equipment (OE) and Automotive Glass Replacement (AGR) Aftermarket sectors.

Original Equipment (OE)

One of only three glass groups in the world with global automotive glazing capability and presence, Pilkington Automotive supplies all of the world’s major vehicle manufacturers.

Pilkington Automotive operates a global key account network, matched to vehicle manufacturers’ own organisational requirements, helping carmakers select the best design and products for their new models. More than one in three of the world’s new light vehicles built in 2007 contains Pilkington glazing.

Aftermarket (AGR)

Pilkington Automotive has aftermarket distribution and wholesale networks throughout Europe and North America. It is also well established in serving the aftermarkets in Japan, South America and Malaysia.
