Pilkington Superannuation Scheme
The Pilkington Superannuation Scheme is designed to provide the employees of Pilkington Group Limited with a secure income in retirement.
Most employees of the Pilkington Group's UK operations can join the Pilkington Superannuation Scheme, although there are certain exceptions in some business areas when other pension plans are made available.
Your employer should inform you whether you are eligible when you start work. If you are not sure, please contact your personnel administrator.
Eligibility means you can join the Scheme at anytime in the first three years of permanent employment or by your 28th birthday if that is later. You can only join later with the agreement of the Trustee and your employer.
