Pilkington Superannuation Scheme

Membership costs a lot less than you might think!
There are two reasons for this:
-
The Company contributes to the Scheme as well as the members. A member pays 5½% of their pensionable salary and the Company pays 10½% as well as the Scheme's administrative costs.
-
Tax relief and a National Insurance contribution rebate on contributions reduce the cost to members further.
The Scheme represents excellent value for money when you consider the high value of the benefits that it provides and how much it would cost to purchase similar benefits from a personal pension arrangement.
