GLAASS claims handling wins top supplier award11 April 2012
Automotive AGR Mexico's claims handling service GLAASS has won a Supplier of the Year award from GNP Insurance, one of the country's biggest insurance companies.
The award was judged on six key criteria - service, reliability, quality, cost, customer grading and new developments.
The developments were targeted to improve administration and operation efficiencies, and include:
- Elimination of a mass of paperwork by completing and copying insurance claim forms online;
- Automatic online confirmation of the specification and cost of the replacement glass;
- Online policy checks to speed up the claims approvals process.
GLAASS-TPA was launched six years ago and now employs 16 people who process more than 8,000 claims per month with 135 installation shops nationwide.
