e-Premier offers an online source for information and e-Business initiatives to Pilkington North America AGR customers.

Through the Pilkington e-Commerce website, customers can search for & order parts, view invoices and open orders, initiate return requests, and view and pay their account statement. 

Pilkington's GlassConnect offers customers a user-friendly desktop-based parts lookup and ordering software program. 

Customers who would benefit from a level of integration have the option to order online with Pilkington utilizing Quest, Mainstreet, GlassMate, or Data Tranz POS programs.   The e-business group also offers assistance with providing customized solutions for customers with unique business requirements.
