Glass In Fire - Another First From Pilkington

With the introduction of its Glass in Fire CPD on CD-ROM, Pilkington is delighted to be the first company able to offer a RIBA approved self-learning CPD. The Glass in Fire CPD presentation has already proved extremely successful when run as a seminar and, in its new self-learning format, will enable all architects to have access to the invaluable information it offers. Its RIBA approval also means double CPD points can be earned.

Pilkington is constantly looking to update its products and services and the innovative CPD CD-ROM is an excellent example of this. There was a huge demand for the presentation from architects but seminars were not always available in their area or on dates suitable to them. To provide a more flexible solution, Pilkington decided to offer a self-learning CPD on CD-ROM enabling architects to undertake the CPD at a time and place convenient to them and at their own pace.

Architects can work through the CPD at their own pace, completing a module at a time. Once they have successfully completed all the modules the results can be forwarded to Pilkington for RIBA certification and double points.
