Rugby hero Keiron Cunningham gets workout from Pilkington self-cleaning glass

The vertical windows in Keiron’s entertainment room are glazed with Pilkington Activ™ and the roof with Pilkington’s latest revolutionary glass, Pilkington Activ™ Blue. Designed specifically for conservatory roofs, Pilkington Activ™ Blue is not only self-cleaning but also has solar control properties helping to keep it cool in the summer.
The conservatory is constructed using Pilkington Insulight™, Pilkington’s own insulating glass units, which can incorporate two or more different types of Pilkington glass to achieve a combination of benefits – Keiron’s conservatory combines Pilkington Activ™ self-cleaning glass, and Pilkington K Glass™ which ensures low emissions. Pilkington Insulight™ is a technically advanced dual sealed unit, which is able to withstand a wide temperature range, UV light and moisture vapour permeation.
