NSG Group Launches My Pilkington™

Introducing My Pilkington™ – a new customised user portal that looks to benefit and educate NSG customers (existing and new), from the glass trade as well as architects and specifiers.


Providing information not readily available on the main Pilkington website, the customised user portal is specifically designed with trade customers in mind – looking to benefit those who buy and use Pilkington glazing products.

My Pilkington™ Functions

My Pilkington™ delivers a whole host of functions from providing Architects who specify Pilkington products to find glazing installers, to allowing customers to promote their businesses by adding their details to both consumer and trade focused supplier finders.

The popularity and reliability associated with the Pilkington brand name among the general public and specifier community means that many will start their search for a supplier on the Pilkington website, making it vital for customers to have their details registered there.

The My Pilkington™ platform will also act as a hub for special offers and reports, highlighting live order status updates, collating all order documents such as delivery notes, as well as saving invoices and CE Marking certifications, into one easy-to-use place.

In addition, customers can adapt information loaded onto the portal – viewing product videos and demonstrations and linking them to their websites. There’s also a dedicated section for health and safety advice and information, featuring videos and case studies – a key topic for all businesses in the glazing industry.

My Pilkington™ is a fully-customised system; each individual within a company can be registered separately, allowing colleagues and staff to have different levels of access allocated accordingly.
