IDR

The Trustee has a formal Internal Disputes Resolution (IDR) procedure for resolving any disagreements with the Scheme. The two-stage IDR process is described in detail in the following document:

 

IDR Dispute Resolution Procedure

 The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS) is available at any point in a dispute. TPAS has a network of volunteers who are experts in the field of occupational pensions and they will take up most problems directly with the Scheme administrators or Trustees on behalf of the beneficiary.
