 | | | July is here and the British summer is as unpredictable as ever. Thankfully though, come rain or shine, there are two things you can always rely on: the success of the Pilkington Activ™ sponsored Saints, who have made it to the final of the Rugby League Challenge Cup yet again; and our July marketing bulletin, which will provide you with all the Pilkington information you need. This month we preview our brand new Pilkington energiKare™ sales literature designed with you, our customers in mind. It is also an ideal time to take a trip to Staffordshire to see an impressive conservatory project for Pilkington Activ™. We give you a front row seat at our sales conference and also unveil two lucky new competition winners. Remember to let us know if you have any news you would like featured in future issues. |

It gave them the chance to win a signed replica jersey of the Pilkington Activ™ sponsored Saints. | Hold the Front Page | We “stopped the press” for a day last month when editors from three top glazing and construction publications visited sunny St Helens for a whistle stop tour of our floatlines at Greengate and Watson Street as well as our research and development facility in Lathom. In a jam-packed day, Nathan Bushell from Glass and Glazing Products, Tim Franklin, from Window Fabricator and Installer and Jam Ambrose from Building Control Journal, all had a glimpse of Pilkington behind the scenes. We saved the best until last, so to round off the day, the editors got a front row seat at a fire test where our innovative Pilkington Pyrostop™ glazing proved, as always, to stand up to more than 1,000ºC. | | read more |
