Additional safety film backing to protect against possible injury resulting from breakage.
Pilkington Toughened Glass
A toughened safety glass subjected to a heating and cooling process, which creates high compressive surface stresses to make it up to five times stronger than ordinary annealed float glass.
Pilkington Optilam™ OW
Produced by combining two or more sheets of Pilkington Optiwhite™ (low-iron) glass with one or more plastic interlayers.
