Pilkington K Glass™ has pioneered the transition to more energy-efficient glazing. The range of products has now been extended with the introduction of Pilkington K Glass™ S. Both products can provide the highest Window Energy Ratings (WERs) or low window U-values to allow compliance with building regulations on energy efficiency. Pilkington K Glass™ remains our on-line hard coat option that is easily stocked and processed into Insulating Glass Units. Pilkington K Glass™ S is an off-line soft coat product that can be used in annealed form or toughened to achieve lower window U-values and the highest WER's.
Whilst it is a soft coat product and should be handled as such it has superior processing qualities with no detriment to product performance. Whatever your preference the Pilkington K Glass™ range allows you to enhance your business with this highly regarded and established market leading brand
